Make a good first impression. It is true, you don’t get a second chance to make a first impression, and the designers of these business cards clearly understand this. These cards all utilise to varying degrees the print method known as foil blocking.Yep you may already know, but just in case you don’t; foil blocking also known as foil stamping is a special kind of printing procedure where heat, pressure, and a metallic paper (foil) are used to give a shiny effect on various materials.

He was particularly keen to get some glamour cards in there, although these took him massively over his budget in a moment of auction madness. Stumbling across a lot of 1934 assorted horse cards on Ebay was a real high point. The cards were separated into 4 piles, each pile was foiled in one of 4 colours
